For hygiene reasons we unfortunately do not offer refunds on items which are unwanted/change of mind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
If you receive an item damaged or faulty please contact us through our contact form as soon as soon as possible.
For your own protection, we highly recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning an item to us to insure the value of your package.
